Recommendation: Nice room, friendly and helpful host family, great food. Many thanks to our host family for their kindness and help in getting train tickets. 2 people (including the grandpa who really enjoyed hosting) of the family took care of us (3 people) during dinner and the cook did a great job. The food in the restaurant with a view (unfortunately we only saw it during the night hours) was excellent, we got different curries and vegetables in great quantity. We liked our room with two floors, modern bathroom and heating and the beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby 🙂 We would stay here again.

Would recommend Although we only stayed for 1 night the owner went above and beyond to make us welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and the Sri Lankan curry for dinner very tasty. We stayed at the end of October and although it was freezing outside we had a heater in our room to make us more comfortable. It's about a ten minute walk into the town. The location is nice and quiet, a bit hard to find but worth the stay.

Amazing service and rooms Loved our room- was a little studio with bed up top on the stairs! Bed was the comfiest we’ve had our whole trip. Staff went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and we got a breakfast and dinner which was great! Short walk into town but we like that Will recommend this to others!
